    L'Erin is an entrepreneur with a dynamic background in strategic leadership and consulting. Fueled by a passion for helping individuals unlock their purpose and discover their why, L'Erin has made a significant impact in both the corporate and sports arenas. In 2020, L'Erin founded 24 Sports, a rapidly ascending sports company in the heart of Texas. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as one of the fastest-growing in the state. L'Erin has cultivated strategic relationships with major players in the sports industry, including MLB Players and national brands such as Big League Chew, MLB Network, Franklin and Blitzball. His efforts have brought forth some of the most impactful youth baseball and softball experiences, expanding the reach and impact for both brands and MLB Players alike.

     

    Today, L'Erin is dedicated to building mental skills programs and creating pathways for aspiring baseball players to seize opportunities to play in college and beyond. As a visionary leader, he also spearheads Baseball Mom Summits, Baseball Kid Workshops, and Coaches Developmental Clinics. L'Erin's commitment extends to the airwaves as well, as he currently serves as a radio host for 95.7FM in the Dallas market, hosting the biggest youth baseball-driven show in the state of Texas.

     

    Married to his beautiful wife, Joy, L'Erin is a devoted family man. Together, they raise two wonderful children, Nathan and Matthew. Prior to his role at 24 Sports, L'Erin excelled as a corporate executive, lending his strategic insights to consult national brands and thriving tech startups across the United States. His expertise has positioned him as a trusted advisor, sitting on advisory boards for the University of Houston and various growing tech schools.
